Dr. Mills makes appointments after being contacted by phone, 918-382-9085, or by using the form below. For first appointment, Dr. Mills would like to talk to the potential patient or parent directly to ascertain their needs and to understand each other’s expectations for treatment. Follow-up appointments can be made at the conclusion of each visit or as needed.
Treatment is offered on a fee-for-service basis (cash, check, credit card, Paypal, Venmo or CashApp), due at the time service is rendered. Paperwork for patients to file their own insurance can be provided if applicable.
Charge for an initial visit typically ranges from $120-$220, depending on the complexity of the problem and number of regions treated. Appointments last about 45-90 minutes. A follow-up visit lasts 30-50 minutes, and the fee typically ranges from $80-$180.
Dr. Mills offers a free-of-charge initial visit for infants under 3 months of age. Follow-up visits for patients up to 9 months-old are half price.
